We are Jamangar based quality Alloys Extrusion manufacturer. We are an ISO 9001 certified company having more than 400 unique customized shapes delivered within stipulated timeline.

We started in 1971 and so far we hosts a diverse range of Alloys and received multiple awards from recognized organizations. We have the capacity to produce around 4000 MT per annum and have secured the place at the pinnacle in highly precision demanding arena of brass extrusion.

Our Manufacturing Process

Our prime focus is to manufacture and supply only Quality copper alloys extrusions. To ensure quality, we adhere to all the standard compliance check and keep our quality standard updated with the help of progressive and sharing learning.

Wrecking Yard

We have our own managed Wrecking yard where scrap/raw material is often taken (also known as a scrapyard or breaker's yard), where it is processed for later melting into new products. This in house area where common non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, tin, nickel, and lead are sorted from mix scrap & moved to each defined area.

Melting and Casting

Melting and Casting process is to cast methals into shapes by melting them into a liquid and pouring the metal into a mold of desired shape and removing the mold material after the methal has solidified as it cools. We have Horizontal continuous casters running 24x7 throughout a year is the biggest asset of the company.


We have implemented stadard way of defining storage locations as we have defined is of storage areas and storage levels. A material storage location is a division of our business unit used to store material and to track inventory transactions. This include the storage of semi-finish material that is stored for further processing & order execution. Each material storage location is identified by area and level.


To achieve the perfect mix in order to make different shpaes of different alloys, we have set up three extrusion press of different tonnage. Main advantages fo this process over other manufacturing processes are its ability to create very complex cross-sections, and to work materials that are brittle.


Pickling process is a surface treatment used to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from nonferrous metals. Pickling bath for copper or its alloys will not only removes oxide scales satisfactorily, but avoids the formation of red colorations and produces bright and smooth surfaces having an appearance which is more natural to the copper or alloy.

Rod Processing

We have ultra modern Drawing Machine which gives high production efficiency along with best quality finish. . The wire straighter ensure the alignment of the wire material within the drawing system not only in horizontal but also in vertical plane. The multi roll straighter ensure precise straightness and high surface quality. This entire system is controlled and operated using a moderate PLC control system with the latest upgrades.

Heat Treatment

We have in-house heat treatment facility which involves three basic steps: heating, soaking, and cooling. Heat treatment techniques include annealing, case hardening, precipitation strengthening and tempering. The three stages of the heat treatment process, which proceed as the temperature of the material is increased, are: recovery, re-crystallization, and grain growth respectively.

Final Inspection

We adhere to all the standard quality check as per the guidelines. The Final Inspection is done at the final stage of the manufacturing process. Along with the Final Inspection, we also include Inspection and Inspection between Processes. All these inspections are performed by our highly skilled engineers for such constituent items as purchased raw materials and processed material.


This process includes not only packaging of material but also cleaning of packaging materials, loading items into containers, weighing and labelling the items appropriately. Packaging associates also perform final checks for defective items, ensure all working items make it to the loading area or inventory, and keep detailed records of materials and shipments.
